La Plomada provides construction management services for residential projects, including administración delegada, from planning and contractor selection through execution and completion.
Our work includes coordinating construction activities, selecting subcontractors and suppliers, and directly contracting specialized trades when required. We oversee budgets, schedules, workmanship and technical coordination between architecture, engineering and construction.
