CAROLINA

A residential project developed in collaboration with 38.atelier, from design through construction. Conceived with a deliberate sense of simplicity and a cabin-like character, the house combines painted masonry, exposed concrete, dark timber and custom wooden windows in a raw, direct material palette. Covered walkways and generous openings strengthen the relationship with the garden and surrounding landscape.

The design and construction process focused on preserving this sense of simplicity while carefully resolving the details that make the house feel intentional rather than unfinished.
