ARBOLEDA

A high-end residential renovation rooted in the client’s interest in Mid-Century Modern design, but reinterpreted with a warmer, more tropical and expressive character. Dark timber, textured stone, glass blocks, warm integrated lighting and lush planting bring depth and softness to the interior, while selected furniture and bold details add personality.

Our role, for the 396m2 renovation, focused on technical design development and client representation, helping translate this direction into resolved, buildable solutions while keeping the client’s priorities at the centre of the process.
