Technical Design Development
A collection of five high-end apartments, each 110m2, combining exposed concrete, natural timber, textured tiles and custom details within a warm, tactile material palette.
Working alongside the lead architect, our role focused on the technical development of the architectural design, translating design intentions into detailed solutions for construction while preserving the character and material expression of the project.
