Constructor & Technical Design Development
A high-end residential development of seven houses in Envigado, each approximately 600–800 m², developed across architecture, technical design and construction. The project combines complex hillside conditions, retaining structures, infrastructure and individually designed homes within a coordinated residential setting.
Our involvement has focused on the technical development and construction of the project, including coordination of design information, budgeting, procurement, site execution and quality control across multiple houses and shared infrastructure.
